The XVI Project Lab (2011) is an innovative workshop about how to transform an idea into a (cultural) project (Project Management). It was created to support students during the Master of Science TEC-CH or in any other course at the University of Lugano, Switzerland. Its goal is to stimulate students to develop their strategic thinking and it's a brief introducing to the course "Project Field" held by Professor Paolini. The workshop is innovative because its methodology that icludes the use of contemporary media as eBooks and technics as Mind Maps. Check out the eBook to know more about the workshop:
